HES3D-190/SL

Adjustable hinges like the HES3D are attractive in situations where perfect fit on large or heavy doors is important. The hinges allow a complete 180 degree opening and can be position adjusted on all three axes with the supplied hex key. To enable easy installation the hinge separates from the door frame side base plate which is then installed in the door frame. With the hinge installed in the door the door can be easily and temporarily hung whilst adjustments are made. Finally the screws are tightened and the cover plates are replaced.This is a robust unit made from zinc alloy castings with aluminium arms on stainless steel shafts. They will support a door up to 2400mm by 900mm and 60kgs per pair. The minimum depth of the door is 36mm. Supplied in either silver (SL) or gold (GL) finish.
